Our law firm was founded after Ms. Williams acquired over 15 years of experience working for one of the world's top-ranked IP firms, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP ("KTS"), where Ms. Williams served as partner in the Mechanical and Medical Devices Patent Group.  

During her tenure at KTS, Ms. Williams developed a deep bench of experience canvassing all aspects of a robust IP practice, including:

• Obtained and exploited patents in the United States and abroad on behalf of numerous aerospace and defense contractors and multiple government defense organizations.

• Acted as diligence counsel for a multitude of mergers and acquisitions on behalf of global diversified building materials business.

• Provided comprehensive and aggressive patent protection and evaluation, evaluated operational freedom for emerging products, negotiated IP licenses with suppliers and customers, and challenged competitor patents before the PTAB, the ITC, and the Federal Circuit on behalf of global footwear manufacturer.

• Evaluated operational freedom for emerging products and challenged competitor patents before the PTAB and the Federal Circuit on behalf of global insulation manufacturer.
